ŐSIMAGNESIUM Bath Flakes are a very effective and relaxing way to increase your body’s magnesium levels. Add the flakes in a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes or longer. With lavender essential oil for added benefit.
For a foot bath: Add 150-200g (a cup) flakes to warm (not hot!) water and enjoy it for 20 minutes or longer if desired.
