Metagenics MegaMag Night Plus Chamomile Flavour 30 Servings

MegaMag Night Plus is a high strength, fast-acting magnesium formula incorporating l-tryptophan, l-theanine, hops and Lactium®, a milk protein hydrolysate. This tasty powder mixes with water to make a relaxing chamomile flavoured drink.

Directions

Mix one scoop (5.8g) into 100-250ml of water (adjust to taste), one to two times daily, or as recommended. May be taken during the day and/or one hour before bedtime.
