Metagenics UltraFlora Fibre 14 Sachets

UltraFlora Fibre is a 3-in-1, prebiotic, live bacteria and fibre blend scientifically formulated to aid bowel regularity and gut health. It provides PHGG (Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum) a natural source of gentle fibre, which has been shown to help improve bowel function, also acting as a prebiotic.

Directions

Mix one sachet into 150ml of water, stir well. Take up to two sachets per day.
