Directions

Take up to one level 5ml teaspoon daily, (suggested intake 1-3g per day) or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption.

1 level teaspoon = approx 3g.

Partially water-soluble, due to the inclusion of both water-extracted and natural fibre components.
