Directions
Take up to one heaped 5ml teaspoon daily, (suggested intake 1-3g per day) or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption.
1 heaped teaspoon = approx 3g.
Fully water-soluble, but may dissolve slowly and form small clumps initially due to its viscous heteropolysaccharide matrix. Stir continuously or blend into smoothies for best dispersion.
