The Health Factory Nano Zinc / Copper 1 litre

Zinc and copper need to be supplemented in combination with each other when used in large doses (ratio 10: 1). Zinc is an important antioxidant for the body and contributes to a normal fatty acid metabolism, vitamin A and protein synthesis, and the maintenance of normal bones, hair, skin and nails.

Directions

Take 5-30ml daily. Swish in the mouth for one minute before swallowing.
