OMGTea Hojicha is made from high quality tencha that is roasted and ground into a fine powder. Low in caffeine and with a nutty, creamy taste, it is an appealing alternative to cocoa. Similar to Matcha powder, Hojicha is a versatile ingredient with a diverse range of applications.

Directions

Place ½ heaped tsp of matcha into a mug or bowl. Add a few drops of 80°C water and mix to create a paste. Fill with more 80°C water and whisk until frothy and smooth. Enjoy with plant-based milk for a Hojicha Latte.
