Planet Paleo Multi Collagen blends five collagen types from grass-fed, wild, and free-range sources with vitamin C and silica to support skin, joints, and connective tissue.

Directions

Take one 9g serving (approx 4 x 5ml level teaspoons)
1–3 times daily with or between meals. Mix with at least 200ml of water or juice and allow to settle for 30 seconds before drinking. Also suitable for use in hot drinks, baking, or other recipes.
