Directions

Suitable for daily use for adults and children over two years. Take one capsule daily, ideally with breakfast. Capsule can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and contents sprinkled on cold food or mixed with a cold drink.
If you are taking antibiotics: take one capsule daily, ideally with a meal two to four hours after taking the antibiotics.
