Quebra Pedra (Phyllanthus niruri) is native to the Amazon rainforest. It is also known by its Spanish name of Chanca Piedra. Quebra Pedra (which means 'stone breaker') has been used by the indigenous peoples of the Amazon. Rio Amazon teabags are made from unbleached paper.

Immerse teabag in boiling water for 3-5 minutes before removing from mug. Leave teabag in the cup for extra strength.
