Probio7 Restore is formulated to help re-establish the good bacteria in your gut. Probio7 Ultra (100 billion bacteria per capsule) which encourages the colonisation of friendly bacteria and Probio7 Advanced (10 billion bacteria per capsule) which helps maintain this beneficial flora.

Directions

For best results, start Probio7 Restore the same day as your antibiotic course starts and continue for two weeks after.
Take one capsule with a meal two to four hours after you have taken your antibiotic, the capsules can either be swallowed whole or pulled apart and mixed with cold food or drink.
