Conella Sunflower Lecithin & Plant Sterols 175g

A concentrated phospholipid derived from sunflower source. Phosphatidyl choline (22%) combined with plant sterols containing the plant sterol “beta-sitosterol”. Plant sterols contribute to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels at daily intakes of at least 800mg.

Directions

1-2 teaspoons (approximately 5-10g) of powder daily. For best results, take mixed with food ideally being blended into a smoothie or juice of your choice.
