Igennus Super B-Complex 60s

Super B-Complex contains 8 highly bioavailable B-vitamins with vitamin C. This pre-methylated B-Complex contains all the B vitamins in their most active, body-ready forms, at dosages safe for long term use.

Directions

Adults: 2 tablets daily. The daily dose may be divided between morning and evening. Children aged 11+: 1 tablet daily. Best taken with food. Do not exceed the stated dose.
