Symprove is a water-based food supplement containing live and active bacteria, to support the gut microbiome. Please note: this pack of four is a four week supply, because the bacteria is alive the product has a short shelf life. So always check the pack for the expiry date.

Directions

Take 70ml of Symprove every morning on an empty stomach, wait 10 minutes before eating or drinking and then continue with your day.

Water, extract of germinated barley, live activated cultures of: L. rhamnosus, E. faecium, L. acidophilus, and L. plantarum; vitamin C, acidity regulator: trisodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate.
