A body-ready, sustainably sourced and 100% plant-based addition to Solgar's range of vitamin D3 supplements. Most vegan friendly vitamin D supplements have been restricted to the less potent vitamin D2 form. Lichen (Cladonia rangiferina) sourced vitamin D provides the D3 (cholecalciferol) form.

Directions

As a food supplement for adults, one softgel daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
