Directions

Take with food.
Adults: two capsules daily or as directed by a practitioner.
Children aged from six years and over: two capsules daily if over 20kg of bodyweight, or take as directed by a practitioner.
Children aged from 4-6 years: one capsule daily or as directed by a practitioner.
