This organic conchiglie is crafted with a blend of ancient grains – amaranth, teff, and quinoa – using traditional methods: bronze drawn and slow dried at low temperature to preserve the integrity of both flavour and texture.
Directions
Bring a pan of water to the boil and add a pinch of salt. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally and checking it is al dente, just soft enough to bite through. Drain and serve immediately.
