Seggiano Organic Gluten Free Artisan Pasta Corn & Rice Spaghetti 250g

This organic spaghetti is made with a blend of corn and rice flour, crafted in the artisan tradition. The pasta is bronze drawn and slow dried at low temperature – essential steps for developing proper texture and preserving flavour.

Directions

Bring a pan of water to the boil and add a pinch of salt. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally and checking it is al dente, just soft enough to bite through. Drain and serve immediately.
