Crafted in Sicily from organic whole ancient grains, Lumaconi is bronze drawn, freshly milled and shaped within hours to preserve the full integrity of the grain. With the wheat germ intact, it offers a nutty richness and firm texture, while a low gluten index supports easier digestion.
Directions
Bring a large pan of well-salted water to the boil. Add the lumaconi and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
The wide, curved shape makes it ideal for catching sauce or stuffing with flavourful fillings.
